Alfie took part in the Guild of Brickwork Competition, hosted by Reading College this week. Throughout the event, Alfie demonstrated solid technical ability, commitment, and professionalism while working to competition standards.
Although Alfie did not secure a placement on this occasion, his participation provided valuable experience in working under timed conditions, interpreting complex drawings, and applying precision bricklaying techniques. The workmanship displayed in his finished piece reflects his ongoing development as an apprentice and his willingness to challenge himself in a competitive environment.
